As so many of the complaints received, I too was scammed into thinking that all I had to pay for was my 2 week trial post & packaging of £3.95 for each product. For me too it never worked. My sister googled the company and found all these complaints. I did call to cancel my order and was happy to return the items. I then called my credit card company at the end of the 15 day trial period to check if I had been debited, and I had.
