First and foremost, I tried so hard to work with Conn and its uneducated staff in resolving issues that their suppose to be knowledgable about. I get more respect speaking to the automated system. In February 2008 I went into Conn's to look - not purchase - look at a laptop. The representative that quickly approached me when I walked into the store. The representative bombarded me by showing my laptops and the sales there were currently having.
