I ordered the antivirus for my work computer on 7/20/09 and all it did was cause more problems, it actually made my computer crash...so between the headache and the money we had to spend to get it fixed it has been 5 x's the trouble that i ever had to start with... I am requesting a full refund of the $99.90 that your company has charged our church. we had to have your program uninstalled after just one day once they were finally able to get my computer up and running again.
