I ordered a trial sample for $3.99 and was charged $82.31 and sent a full months supply that I DID NOT ORDER. After I returned the product and numerous attempts to contact this company, I was never able to speak to a live person to resolve this. Today, I did speak with a customer service rep who stated that she does not know where the returned products go and is unable to credit my account. So now I am out the money AND product. SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I am on the phone now with the fraud department of my bank to report this, as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. read full review »
