On August 20, 2009 I placed an order with Baby Age through Amazon. There was an advertised $40.00 promotion. When I placed my order for a Step2 Naturally Playful Sand & Water Center for the advertised price of $57.63 a $9.99 shipping and handling fee was added and then the $40.00 promotion was applied bringing my total to be charged to my credit to $27.62.
