I ordered the juicer by telephone and was told it would ship in 4-6 weeks. Then went online and saw their site was offering the same juicer with additional bonuses for less money. I called back the ordering site and was told i had to call customer service and the order would not show in their system for 24 hrs. I called customer service and was told they could not cancel the order until it appeared in their system and to call back the next after (within 24hrs).
