My complaint is about a dangerous man that lives among the good citizens of Lake Ariel Pa. and about the justice system in Lake Ariel region. I will call the monster Mr V. He is a fitness instructor in the Scranton/Moosic and Lake Ariel region. My sister took classes and had a friendship with him for 5 years before they started dating.
