I was charged TWICE for a product that I cancelled upon being charged for the order. I called NUMEROUS times to the number listed, talked to several different people but no one could ever explain the double charge. I did FINALLY receive credit in my account for one (1) of the charges but now, almost eight months later, they have a very RUDE 'collections' person calling to collect $39.95 because "they never received the returned product." These people are CROOKS and I would suggest that NO ONE EVER ORDER from them again!! I will be contacting my State's Attorney to pursue all my options. read full review »
