My friend and I both ordered VOX 500GB External drive through e-cost in Dec 2008 with a rebate of $40 and have yet to see anything. VOX official website has a rebate status check which doesn't even show that a rebate was submitted for either one of us and when we contact ecost all they say is that we have submitted your rebate again and are waiting for a response back. Per ecost we'll be contacted within 4-7business days with an update, which I have yet see after 6 different calls and 8months out. DO NOT GO FOR THE REBATES, BETTER TO PAY A LITTLE MORE AND SAVE RIGHT AWAY THEN WAIT FOR THE CHECK WHICH MAY NEVER ARRIVE. read full review »
