After trying for 3 hours to contact someone, I finally got a rep. He said he was emailing me a cancellation number, & read my email addy to me, which was the correct addy. I'm still waiting for the confirmation email (for about 30 min. now). He was very nice, asked why I was cancelling, & I told him the product didn't work for me. He didn't argue or try to pressure me into keeping the product. My complaint is that the product doesn't work as advertised, & it is a hassle to try to cancel any future shipments, & return what you don't want. read full review »
