My x-terra was brought in for sercive. They charged my 7 year extended warranty for work they never did. They wroet on a repair I never asked for and the serive manager even admitted the work was never done and the mechanic would be fired. They called me weeks later trying to say it was a mistake and the insurance was sent back the repair money and they where sorry. i say the service writer, service manager and mechanice are all in on making repairs they never do and charge the extended warranty for the work as they did to me except I caught... read full review »
