I order a TwinXL mattress topper from Isoform.com. on June 16, 2008. On June 18th, I received an email from this company showing my invoice and stating that another email would be sent to me when shipment was made. It also said if there were any corrections to be made please send email to [email protected]. The invoice showed a Twin (not TwinXL) mattress pad. I immediatly (1hour after receiving email) sent a response stating I had ordered a Twin XL not a Twin as was showing on the invoice. The next day, I received the pad by UPS.
