There is no way to contact Blue Mountain if you've paid for a subscription but you can't access the service even after repeatedly entering your email address and your ID. This is infuriating. The HELP section is no help at all. What are you supposed to do if you can't access the service. There is no phone number, no email address, NOTHING. This company is a big scam. They charge for service that isn 't delivered. read full review »
