Hey, I to was a gullable victim of the "$1.98 Grant Funding CD Scam". It sounded legit as it was a link posted on a site when I was looking to apply for unemployment. I never got a confirmation # via e-mail like promised, so weeks later when I had not recieved a CD, I checked my on-line bank statement to see if I had been charged. Well not only was I charged the $1.98, I was also charged $3.99 for a DBW *E-BOOK-BUY HOME???
