Did you report this to your state's department of insurance? To make your policy stick, they have to have a licensed insurance agent sign off on it. I just looked this company up because I just attended a paid training from Americall Group. I didn't stay due to I don't like the moral of this. They are the telemarketers that sell for Aegon. They get their customer lists from J.C. Penney. If you have a credit card with J.C. Penney, you are in a contract with them.
