I paid for my Dell laptop in full this past May. I stretched my budget that month to do it, because I was sick of dealing with their customer service and the phone calls from their financial services (which came to 9, 10 times a day -- and that was only when my payments were current). I got slapped with this bogus "Finance Charge" this past month, and I decided to pay it without complaint, because Dell's Customer Service is terrible, and I didn't want to have to deal with it.
