I was called by ER Solutions who left a very brief voicemail for me to return their call. When I returned their call, I was laughed at by the person handling the call and then told, "my system is down, I can't tell you what this call was in regards to" (lie). I asked what type of company they are, she replied with "ER Solutions." I asked what they did, and she told me she couldn't tell me because her computer was down. I thought that was fishy and rude.
