My daughter received this card in the mail. It wasn't activated, just put away. A couple of months later she received a bill in the mail. She owed $80. plus., and that was in the one time activation fees, monthly maint.. fees, past due fees, service charges, and Finance charges that were charged from all of the other charges added together. So my daughter got on the phone and talked to them.
