I signed up for Grant Dollars Now for $2.95 shipping & handling for their kit on 1/4/08. On 1/11/08 they charged me $68.13 as a member. I'm still waiting for the kit to come! I expect a full refund on my card & my membership to be canceled! How can the government scam people, especially when times are tough?
