I purchased a new Pulsar watch which stopped working after two weeks. I sent it to Coserv for repair and three weeks later they sent a replacement. The original watch had links removed, but Coserv did not match the new watch to the old watch so I had to go back to a jeweler and pay to have than done again. After two more weeks, the replacement watch stopped working. I called and was told that if I shipped the watch back to them, the repairs would be expedited.
