I was told with confirmation number as to when my items were going to be shipped, and as of 8/17/09 I have not yet recieved anything. No answers the 8663421-6554 or email addresses for other phone, I have been place on hold for 10 minutes for the numbers I have called and the same thing is been said over and over again, estimated time to wait is more than 10 minutes. I wasted two of my lunch breaks. So the best thing to do is to call the credit card I use to purchase my products and hope it can be cancelled before the charges continue to be taken out of my account. What a big disappointment...
