SHAME ON YOU, SEARS SERVICE! This morning (9:30 AM, Aug. 25th) when I phoned your service manager, Mike Lamb at 708-216-3022, his recorded message stated he will be off until Aug.24th (!) and referred me to call 708-216-3270. This number turned put to be a medical facility!! I then tried Sears Service.Melrose Park, Il. on "Google" and that number as disconnected!!! Don't you agree that Sears Service is in very bad shape when it's easier to lodge a complaint than to connect to a service representative? read full review »
