Fraudulent practices. Company charged 51.00 s&h on 70.00 purchase. I ordered 2 products the co. listed 4. When I called to correct (was not allowed to correct on web) cust rel person "Richard" said I have to call back. No contact or edit assist on web. Very poor form and very misleading.
