I have a contract at the Gwinnett location for one year ending in January, and all of sudden the location closed and isn't there anymore when I went to go to class. I just called the Sandy Springs location because it was the only one who answered the phone to be honest, all the others voicemail boxes are completly full... so after speaking with Olivia, I told her that I do not want it to roll over after it ends, and she said because I paid in full that it won't, however I used my credit card and I was wondering after reading all these complaints if anyone has had them roll it over automatically without your permission??? read full review »
