I paid Dazzle White 4.95 for shipping charges for what I thought was a free sample of a teeth whitener product. I gave them my credit card number for this amount. A few days later, I noticed they had billed me for an additional $57.00. I called them and spoke to Jennifer in customer service and told her I wanted to cancel and that I wanted my credit card credited for the $57.
