I received an unauthorized charge on my Visa debit card from this company. My bank statement listed an 800 number for the company, but each time I called I received a recording stating that the machine would not take messages and that I needed to email their customer service department. I went their website and saw that they sell screensavers to be downloaded to one's computer. I sent them an email explaining the unauthorized charge.
