I went in to dunkin donuts on a tuesday morning august 25th 2009. I went in with a coupon that said buy a medium or large beverage at regular price and get an egg sandwich (english muffin) for .99 the guy and many of the other e mployees can't speak english and you have difficulty understanding them only gave me money off on the coffee and charged me full price on the sandwich. I tried to explain to him it was for a regular price coffee and .99 egg sandwich and he kept telling me it was only a coffee coupon. How do i get in touch with the main office because trying to talk to them is frustrating since they speak english very poorly. read full review »
