I purchased the warranty back in November of 2008. Cancelled it within a month. I returned the product along with a letter exactly as they instructed me to and was promised a refund within 10 or 12 weeks, which I thought was a very long time. After about 2 months, I called to check on the status of my refund and they said it's in process and that I should be receiving it within a couple of weeks.
