Jarvis, I am still waiting for my refund of $49.50 for a cd I never received nor authorized this fee from my bank account. The sales people are very slick and do disclose this information clearly so you have a chance to hang up on them beforehand. I wish I had known about this before I answered the phone. This company needs to be turned over to the Better Business Bureau and prosecuted for the numbers of people that have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. I will be glad to do so!!!
