Booked a Jeep through Expedia.com for my vacation to Costa Rica. (Itin# 125540670475. (Europcar) $331. for the weeks rental. Dec 28th - Jan 4th. Booking was done Nov 4th. I arrived in San Jose, Costa Rica and I was told there were no cars available. Europe car said they were not responsible and drop me off at Hertz rental. As it was high season last minute booking the same car rental was now going to cost me $1600. Even though the booking was done through Expedia they do not want to take responsibility.
