I recevid billed amt for account No. 102652497 M. No. 9419146214 dated 19/07/09 for Rs 593 / which includes among other charges Rs. 509/ as recurring charges . I want to know what is recurring charges. Customer service centre failed to convience me. read full review »

Mydetails for billing period jul 2009 show recurring amount of Rs.509/ regular charges 100/ usg charges 230/ and after deducting discounts etc. net bill works out at 593/ . I failed to understand what is recurring charges denote in my bill . pl. explain me . I lodged complaint on Customer service centre but they failed to explain. read full review »
