I began seeing charges from this company after using Intelius to search for someone. I used it twice and was billed the regular 4.99 which was fine. I didn't catch the charges from ValueMax until quite a while later though. Also I began getting billed by this company 24ProtectPlus which is really the same thing as ValueMax. I thought I only got billed 19.95 twice, one from each company. So I called 24ProtectPlus to cancel my membership and get a refund. They said they would refund me my 19.95.
