I had a 4-hour window for AE to come out and fix my fridge. As the 4th hour approached, I call their customer service to find out when they would come. They told me they'd have dispatch call me within minutes for an update. Well, over an hour passed and no call. I called customer service back demanding to know when they were coming (it's now 1 hour passed the window).
