I placed my order by phone with Sears Catalog. When the items were in, I picked them up. Three items were not in the bags. I called customer service and they said all items were scanned at the Sears outlet and showed that they had been picked up. I said I did not recieve three items but the reciept for those three items were in one of the bags but not the items. Sears said the were scaned and shows them as picked up.
