I ordered a set of grant forms for $ 1.98 shipping and have been fighting a charge here and there, the biggest $ 69.95 . I have no contact information and I cannot get my credit card to reverse the charges. I also get incessant calls from other scammers, and misc shipping charges for other 'orders', all imaginary.
