On 26th of August, 2009, I went to B of A to request a comment on my account that I will be traveling overseas and will be using the ATM card out side of the U. S. In order to do that, I had to go to the bank and talk to one of the managers, or something. One of the people asked what I needed and I explained what I needed. He nicely suggested me to use their phone to make a call to Customer Service and get done since there were many people waiting prior to me. So I did what he said.
