This similar problem was faced by one of the customer, which I read after being ripped off. I think this place has standard way of scamming people. The other customer was also charged the same as I was. I had a car towed in to Kettering Auto at my expense on a very cold day around 10 degrees as the car would not crank. When I picked it up, they billed me $223 for a batter. The bill was $99 for the battery, $60 for installation and the remainder for 'diagnosis' and tax.
