Had just went into website and paid what I thought was a one time fee of $1.97 from my charge account. After reading information and doing further investigating figured out something wasn't right and attempted to call company and learned that phone number has been disconnected. I did locate a seond phone number of 866-995-9812, when I called that number I received a message that stated for me to leave my message via voice mail.
