I just want to share a recent bad experience that I had from Payless Rental in Orlando, Florida. I flew in from Chicago; I had rented an economy car through orbitz.com. All was pretty standard fare. I arrived in Orlando, took the Payless shuttle to their off-site parking lot, went into their office to get my car. Once there, I was asked, as expected, for my driver's license and credit card.
