My complaint is regarding a transaction I just had with Imaginet Computers. I took my laptop there based on a recommendation from a colleague at work. The colleague had the same problem that I had. He told me that Imaginet charged him about $80 to fix that problem. So I proceeded to call them and told them that the reason I was contacting them is the price.
