I ordered underwear from Julie's Bra shop (online web site). The order never arrived. For 2 months I have called and written emails. I received an email response that they would look into it about a month ago. I have not received any response since. The amount of the purchase was about $40, and I have not received a credit from them. They do not answer the phone.
