This salon renders improper services to their customers. This salon charges you great but does not do the needful; I mean it does not satisfy the proper way. My birthday was arriving and it was my 16th birthday you all know how important it is. I decided to have a change in my looks and as my dear father had thrown a party I was very sure that I would spend to look good. I paid $50 for a perm with spiral curls.
