I've been a customer of MCI WorldCom since last summer. My wife has been using their services for almost 2 years. Since last year they don't seem to be able to implement the automatic payment option anymore. They send out statements saying do not pay but they forget to charge our credit card and send us friendly reminders. Excellent style of scamming people. We called the customer service number numerous times - each call enquiring to hold for 30 - 45 minutes - in order to set them straight. When they see their mistake they apologize... read full review »
