I have used home warranty companies in the past, I have a two rental units and decided to provide a home owners warranty service to my rental units. I had a heater problem in one of the units and Choice sent out a repair company to do the repair. Two days later I have the same problem. I turns out the repair company put the wrong size jet on the oil pump and it burned out because it wouldnt shut off. They billed Choice for a new oil pump, that was not replaced.
