I would like to share my cent experience with the Suffolk Hall Hotel with others. I recently booked a room for 2 nights at the hotel over the telephone. I was not given any terms and conditions of the booking or told that I would be charged the full amount immediately. 10 days later I canceled my booking. I was told that they would "sort it out" for me. I did not receive any of the £180 back.
