On February 2008, I purchased a Kenmore 27. I was told that the delivery fee would be refunded via a rebate. The sales person completed the rebate paperwork himself, placed it in a Sears' envelope, and said that he would mail it himself. On March 16, 2008, I received a letter from Sears stating that "the refund amount was unable to be determined by the rebate receipt."
