I had made reservations of the hotel using this above mentioned travel agency through internet. I was told many good thing about the booked hotel but I found nothing but dissatisfaction as it was not the way it was told. Once I arrived at the hotel on the day of my reservation my wife and I went to our room. The room was on a smoking floor in which we do not smoke. The TV was not working either.
