ISN'T THERE A LAW FIRM OUT THERE WHERE WE CAN FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT???!!! EVERYONE SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER!! The complaints I've read so far regarding HSBC Auto Finance and the Liability Insurance they charge to their auto loan customers through Balboa Insurance is very similar to the problem I've been having with HSBC.
