I waited about 2 months for a wallpaper order that ended up being on backorder. I got tired of waiting and cancelled my debit card order. I had to request the cancellation twice. It took about a week to get a cancellation confirmation. Now 30 days later, no refund is in sight, and I got an email saying that they were in financial straits and couldn't send me my refund right now.
