Ethic Violations againt Mr. Pope: He tried to have previous client arrested/held in jail. Richard Pope did this after it was discovered he illegally took over $22, 000 of clients money. He appeared before King County Court Judge, falsified documents and stole the money. This money was set aside to be used for the child college fund.
